Guess What? I found my forever home!

So it's not like I didn't like my foster home. It was nice and cozy and I had two foster brothers here. But there's nothing like having your own Mom and Dad! My foster mom and I, as well as my new family were so excited about it all, that we forgot to get a picture!

So these pictures were from yesterday. I was so excited to go to the park that I was licking my chops the whole way! My foster brothers told me that we could have a sniffari at the park. And boy did we every! Best sniffin around!

This picture below was from yesterday evening. I have been in intense anti cat-eating training!

Anyway, my new mom and Paws on the Mountain will post a family picture of us when I get home. I've heard that I'll be going to daycare with my grandma! Aaaannnnnd she has a greyhound too!
BEST DAY EVER!!!💖

Don't I look forlorn?

Well here I am....poor poor greyhound all curled up on this nice soft pillow. Don't you feel sorry for me? I even have to put my nose under my leg to keep it warm.

Ok all joking aside, it's been a rough couple of days here. So it appears that I'm still a bit unpredictable with small animals, but mom says I'm learning. They have a bird here and I tried to get it...and "NO!!" was heard throughout the house. I also had some challenges with one of the cats here. So most often I'm muzzled when we're not watching TV or in my mom's bedroom chillin.

See?! I'm even handsome with a muzzle on!!

So my foster mother keeps calling me either Velcro or saran wrap. I have no idea what that means. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that mom often turns around and bumps into me because I like to be sooo close to her; she gives me lots of kisses. People are wonderful! Did you know that?
So last of all, I wanted to share with you that I am a fabulous sleeper. I often sleep through the night. As you can see from the picture, I love my blankets. In fact sometimes if I'm feeling insecure, I get up and walk over to my mom's side of the bed and poke her a bit with my nose. She tells me I look funny since I usually have the skull blanket on me like a horse blanket!

Anyway, before I go, I'll tell you to check back in. Mom is going to try to get a picture of what she calls my overbite. She says that I could be bottle opener with my overbite. She's called me "Bucktoothed Bob", whatever that means!

Please reach out to Paws on the Mountain Greyhound Adoption if you want to meet me....and you WILL NOT be disappointed!

Lastly, here are my accomplishments:

  1. I handle stairs like a champ
  2. I don't have accidents in the house
  3. I walk fairly nicely on a leash
  4. I love kisses and people
  5. I'm good in my crate when alone and don't bark
